Path of Exile: Siege of Atlas, which launched last month, is very popular, and many players are buying POE Currency and various POE Orbs in order to get more rewards in the game. But the needs of many players are more than that, and each player has his own needs. And for some players who want controller support on PC, now it is when they can get a surprise.
Fans of Path of Exile have been hoping for controller support on PC for years, and it looks like their request has finally been met. Path of Exile was originally released only on PC, which means the game is played with a mouse and keyboard. Over time, console versions of the game have appeared, and fans have been pleading with Grinding Gear Games to add controller compatibility to the PC version.
First, they need to connect the controller to their PC and start Path of Exile. Then they need to go to the Input Options panel and change the Input Method to Gamepad (Beta). The controls should change to a gamepad without resetting the game. The Epic and MacOS versions of the game don’t yet have this option. Now players can expect the 3.18 expansion to arrive when it launches. Since this is a beta, issues may arise during the process.
With Steam Deck coming out, GGG announced that this is indeed going to happen, and players with a variety of gamepads will enjoy their favorite hack and slash RPGs with different inputs. When patch 3.17.3 launches, players will test support for the controller through the beta release, but they will need to go through a few steps to gain access. For more news, players can follow POECurrency, which also provides players with more guides and POE Currency/Items. Come on!
